What to do if the client wants to cancel an order?

1. It's possible to cancel the shipment of the order after the Prep Center started processing it, only before it has the 7.1.Order Shipped status. Open the order and click on the “Order Status” button:

2. Click on the “Set order shipped” button on the opened window:

3. It is very important to leave a note with the reason for the cancellation (for example, “no longer required to send” or “Amazon FBA storage full”) on the “Add memo” field at the bottom part of the page:
