What to do if the client wants to cancel an order?

1. It's possible to cancel the shipment of the order after the Prep Center started processing it but only before it has the 7.1.Order Shipped status. Open the order and click the Order Status button:

2. Now, click on Set order shipped:

3. It's very important to leave a note explaining the reason for the cancellation (“no longer required to send” or “Amazon FBA storage full”) in the “Add memo” field, at the bottom part of the page:
