What to do if the client does not need to send the order?

1. It's possible to cancel the shipment of the order after the Prep Center started processing it, till it has the 7.1.Order Shipped status. Open the order and click on the “Order Status” button:

2. Click on the “Set order shipped” button on the opened window:

3. It is imperative to leave a note with the reason for the cancellation (for example, “no need to send”) on the “Add memo” field at the bottom part of the page:
