Polling - is the order status 5.3. (Mark print error). It occurs when it was entered incorrect information about the delivery address in the “Shipping info” section placing an order. As a result, the prep-center fails to generate shipping label to the carrier.
Information about all such orders is available at Dashboard of the client, in the “Order count by status” section:


!Besides, with correctly configured notification, You will receive email notifications.
For this specify your email in the “Notify e-mail address for order polling” field in the “Address” section in company settings:




  1. To correct orders with the polling choose orders in status 5.3. (Mark print error) on the main page, Dashboard, of Your company in the “Order count by status” section;


  2. You can see all the orders with the polling in the opened window. To edit a specific order, click on the “View” button opposite this order:


  3. On the order page click on the “edit shipment address” link in the informational error message:


  4. You can see the information and tools to correct data in the opened window:



  • You can see the info message on the right side of the window, which is indicated the reasons for polling;
  • Problem fields, in which incorrect data is indicated, are highlighted below in red. To check and correct data, place the cursor into the highlighted red field and use one of the tools:

Postdirect search - postcode search service by name of the city/street;
Google search - standard Google search service, that shows the correct name of the city/street;
Here search - internal Ysell service, that shows the correct data, according to entered post index.

  • After correcting the address click on the “Save” button to save all the changes. If all data are correct, the system will display a message stating that the changes have been successfully saved. As a result, the status of Your order will change to 5.1. Prepared on prep-center:

There are additional functions of the “Delivery address” field

  1. In practice, there are exceptions when the client entered the address correctly, but the carrier's system doesn't recognize them. If you are sure of the correctness of the entered data, then check the box on the “Force print” field to transfer them to the carrier.
    !It's important: Pay attention that this is a paid feature.
  2. The “Send email to client” function provided for sending a letter to the client with a request to provide correct data.
