Connecting Shipstation to Ysell

This guide provides steps for setting up integration between Shipstation and the warehouse management system Ysell.pro. It includes preparation for the connection and configuration of data exchange fields. Providing API keys is essential to ensure secure and authorized data exchange between Shipstation and Ysell.pro. API keys are used for authentication, allowing Ysell.pro to access order data in your Shipstation account. This ensures the reliability and security of order information exchange between the two systems, crucial for data safety and efficient business processes.

To connect your Shipstation account to Ysell.pro, you'll need the API Key and API Secret from your Shipstation account. Navigate to Settings in your Shipstation account. Choose Account - API settings.

Generate API Keys by Clicking on “Generate API Keys”.

Creating Shipstation Platform in Ysell and Establishing Connection allow uploading Shipstation orders to WMS, automating logistics, and ensuring accurate order status tracking.

Navigate to the “Settings” - “Companies” section in the system's main menu. Select the “Platforms” tab. Initiate the creation of a new platform connection by clicking on “Add Platform”.

Select “Shipstation” from the dropdown list of Platforms. Click “Save” to proceed.

Enter the previously obtained API Key and API Secret into the respective fields. Check the box next to “Is Active”. Click “Save” to save the connection with the platform.

Entering Shipstation Listings Information into Ysell.pro's WMS is crucial for accurate order fulfillment. Thus the WMS will identify precisely, which products from your Ysell.pro inventory are to dispatch for each Shipstation order.
