Purchase Shipment
Purchase Shipment allows the client of the Prep center to add the goods in stock by purchasing goods directly from the supplier and sending goods directly from the supplier to Amazon warehouses.
1. Indicate the supplier of the product. Go to the Suppliers tab in the product card. Click on the “Add Supplier” button to specify the supplier of the product. Indicate the purchase price of the item. If it's necessary, create a new supplier in the “Suppliers” section.
2. The prep-center will scan the code and define, what kind of product it is. Indicate the UPC or other product code by clicking on the “Add” button in the “Manufacturer numbers” field.
3. Go to the Prep Client section - Shipments.
4. Create a new shipment by clicking on the Create shipment button.
Fill in shipment information from the supplier.
Company - company name.
Shipment type - Specify the type Purchase to create purchase shipment.
Prep Center - The name of Prep center, that will handle the shipment.
Supplier - Specify the supplier of the product.
Who Creates FBA plan - It is indicated who creates the FBA-plan. This can be done using the Ysell or directly on Amazon.
4. Clicking on the “FBA product search” button search the product by its supplier.
5. Go to the FBA-plan creation. Choose the “FBA-plan” tab. Clicking on the “Create Plan” button initiates the creation of a delivery plan to Amazon.
6. Details of shipping to Amazon will be available when You press the “Expand” sign. The “Create Shipment” creates a shipment to Amazon.
7. Go to the Send to prep tab. Pass information about the shipment to the prep-center by clicking on the Send to prep center button.
8. The status of the shipment will change to “Check” after the Prep center confirms the purchase price.
