Reshipment

There are several delivery issues that may result in you having to resubmit your order, such as damage or loss in transit. Under these circumstances, re-delivery of an order is the best way to maintain customer loyalty.


Go to the order page where you want to send the product. By clicking on “reshiment”, add the ID of the product to be sent to the order and its quantity. Please make sure this item is in stock. Create an order by clicking on “Create reshipment”.

The system will create a new paid order, indicating that the order is a reshipment.
