There are several delivery issues that may result having to resubmit your order, such as damage or loss in transit. Under these circumstances, re-delivery of an order is the best way to maintain customer loyalty.

Search for the specific order, for which you need to send an replacement. Click on Reshipments to add the product ID and its quantity. Please make sure that this item is in stock. Finally click on Create reshipment.

The system will create a new paid order, indicating that this order is a reshipment.
