Pick up from warehouse

1. Go to the tab Prep Client - Shipments and create a new shipment by clicking on Create shipment.

2. Select the company in the Company tab, if you have several companies. Select the shipment type Pick up from warehouse in the Shipment type tab.

3. Indicate the Prep Center (warehouse) from which you want to send or to pick up the goods and click on Next.

4. Click on Product search in the created lot and select the product you want to pick up.

5. Find the required product in the opened window by using available filters.

6. Click on the + button in order to add the product.

7. Add a certain quantity of boxes with units or just the units by choosing Measure and indicating Qty.

8. Open Notes to enter the information about how you want to pick up the product. To do it the driver must carry at least a signed BOL.

9. Download the file with a detailed description of shipment and forward it to the driver, if you are going to send your car for taking the product.

10. Attach the transport labels by clicking on Files.

11. Send a lot to the Prep Center in order to fulfill.

12. If you need to change a lot, recall it from the Prep Center by using the Recall shipment button.
