Return processing
Processing of client returns is only available in case if the product is in the Prep Center database.
Go to menu - Orders. Select Orders Return menu item
There is a filter for searching an order via general database on the page.
Initiate searching by indicated parameters by clicking Search. You will find information on filtered orders on the Orders section. Clicking View go to an order.
Order number - used for searching an order by its ID
Platform order id - used for searching an order by its Amazon ID
Client - used for searching an order by Clients name
Tracking number - used for searching an order by tracking number
Paypal -
Buyer e - mail address - used for searching an order by email
Buyer username on platform - used for searching an order by customers username on the platform
Shipping address city - used for searching an order by shipping city
Shipping address postal code - used for searching an order by shipping postal code
Status - used for searching an order by its status
Product ID - used for searching an order by Ysell product ID
Product Qty - used for searching an order by product quantity on the order
To transfer to a client information on the return click Returns. Specify condition and quantity of products to disposal.
