Manufacturer number
Manufacturer number is a unique identifier assigned by the manufacturer of a product to distinguish it from similar parts and counterfeits. This helps manufacturers and sellers determine and manage inventory levels and reassures buyers that they know they are getting the right component.
Go to the product card. On the “Suppliers” tab add the manufacturer's number in the “Manufacturer numbers” field.
Enter the manufacturer number. Indicate if this is a GTIN and set it's usage as the default for the product.
Also, adding Manufacturer numbers to a product is possible from the shipment window. Click on the edit icon in the “Supplier num” field.
Add the manufacturer number for the selected product.
