Invoice decryption
The invoice for services issued by the Prep Center includes the name of the services rendered and the amount invoiced for payment. Ysell guarantees transparency of invoices for issued services - you can independently check the list of all services provided to you and the cost of each of them at any time.
How do I know which shipment was billed for?
The invoices body indicates the name of the service provided by the Prep Center, its number in the system is indicated at the same time. Copy the shipment number and make the search by it.
The “Total Cost” field indicates the name of the service and its price. Click on the “View” button in the lot line and go to more detailed information about the shipment.
The “Services” field indicates the name of the service and quantity of the good to which it was applied. Click on the “Cost” tab and go to the page with information on the cost of the service.
How to find out the amount, set by the Prep Center for storage of goods?
Go to the “Shipments” section. Specify a filter for lots by the “Storage” type.
Go to the lot with the date of interest. The “Total Cost' field indicates the cost billed by the Prep center for storage.
Click on the “Files” button and load the CSV-file with data on the storage of goods in the warehouse.
