Orders are automatically transferred from Amazon or another platform to Ysell. Orders with statuses from 1 to 3 are visible to the client, but not visible in the prep center. Thus, unpaid orders cannot be shipped to the customer. Ysell checks the availability of the product at the prep center, reserves this product, and then changes the order status to 5.1. After that, the prep center prints the shipping labels and collects the goods. When an order is in the process of being collected at the warehouse, it is in status 6. After the prep center has sent the order, it marks it as sent and puts it in 7.1 (sent) status.

Creating orders

1. Go to the “Orders menu and select “Create order”.


2. Enter your company name. Enter the customer's email address on the “Buyer Email” line. An invoice will be sent to the specified address. You can also search for all customer orders by sorting them by email address. Enter your billing and shipping addresses.


3. The order page displays information about the order status, about billing address (Billing information), delivery address (Shipping information), information about VAT number (Order settings)

4. By clicking on “add” in the “Order contents” line, add the product to the order.

5. Specify information about the product that you want to add to the order. You can search for an item by ID or by the number of its supplier. Indicate the quantity of goods (QTY), its price (Price), as well as the cost of sending the goods (Shipment Items Cost).

6. You can edit the quantity of goods in the order in the “Order contents” window. By clicking on “add” you can add an item to the order.

7. The “Order Settings” block contains information about the client's VAT number, VAT itself, and the country of taxation. The total amount of VAT and the order itself is indicated in the “Order contents” block.

8. Specify the date of payment for the order in the “Payment date field”. Now, everything is ready for sending your order.

  • There are filters in the ySell order list, so you can get comprehensive information about your orders and their statuses. Filter orders by their status to see which orders are awaiting delivery, which ones have already been shipped to customers etc. Filter by statuses
