Woher weiß ich, welche Sendung in Rechnung gestellt wurde?
Der Hauptteil der Rechnung gibt den Namen der vom Prep Center erbrachten Dienstleistung und ihre Nummer im System an. Kopieren Sie die Sendungsnummer in die Suchfunktion.
Das Feld Total Cost gibt den Namen der Dienstleistung sowie den Preis an. Klicken Sie auf View, um detailliertere Informationen über die Sendung zu erhalten.
Das Feld Services gibt den Namen der Dienstleistung und die Anzahl der Waren an, auf welche sie angewendet wurde. Klicken Sie auf Cost, um zur Seite mit den Kosten des Dienstes zu gelangen.
Wie finde ich den Betrag für die Aufbewahrung heraus?
Gehen Sie zu Shipments und wählen Sie den Filter Storage.
Go to the lot for the date you are interested in. The Total Cost field contains the cost set by the Prep Center for storage.
By clicking on Files, upload a CSV file with storage data.
How do I get a breakdown of the orders I sent to Prep Center?
Information about orders sent from the Prep Center is formed in the shipment with the type FBM order. You can also get information about the cost of shipped orders through the lot number, which is specified in the invoice.
You can generate a report for shipped orders. Go to Reports and select the Prep center orders report
Select the company, Prep Center, and the dates for which you want to generate the report. Checkbox „Add tracking number column“ adds to the table information about the shipping tracking number. Download the file with the report by clicking on Get Data.
