Profile creation, profile variations

With Ysell.pro you can upload product variants for any marketplace on Amazon.

1. Go to a product card. Click Profiles to go to the product profile page.

2. Enter information about the product's company, its SKU and EAN. Save the profile.

3. Specify the brand name, manufacturer and manufacturer's number.

4. You can switch between the Central, Amazon, and Ebay tabs to select a platform. The information about the product is transferred between the platforms.

5. Enter the bullet points for Amazon in the Bullet Point field. Enter the keywords of the product in the Keyword field. Enter the description in the Description field. The other fields are optional. A new listing with the specified EAN will appear on Amazon after you click Create on Amazon.

1. To create a variation of a product on Amazon, go to the Product Variations tab

2. On the tab that opens, specify information about the variation. Specify the product name (indicating that it is a variation) and assign it a SKU. You can specify the criteria of the variation and the product type. It is important that you specify the same brand and manufacturer as indicated on the product.

3. The next step is to assign the variation to the product. Go to the profile of the product and assign the variation to it. In the “Variation Parent” field, specify information about the created variation.

4. Specify the variation of the created product in the Variation Parent field and save the changes.

7 When you click “Send to Platform”, you can select which profiles to send to Amazon. Once the profile is sent, you can unlink the variation on Amazon.

The Amazon Flat File is an Excel spreadsheet provided by Amazon for entering bulk data ranging from one offer to many offers.
With the Amazon flat file, you can add a lot of details in one fell swoop.

Log in to your Amazon Seller Central and go to the Catalogue tab. Select the option Add product via upload.

To upload information about an offer that does not exist on Amazon, go to the *List Product not currently in Amazon's catalogue tab. » —- >Use the Search field or the product type for the search on the Download speadsheet tab. Make sure that the selected result is included in the appropriate product type. Click Select on the left side of the field to select it. » —- >Select the marketplaces to which you want to upload the template. Select the Advanced template type. Click Generate Template to upload the template file. » —- >Call up the profile of the product. Select the Amazon-flat tab. Click Select Flat File. Upload the file in the Upload new Amazon flat file** section. Save the changes.
