If you provide a shipping label for shipping orders to the Prep center, you must notify of it on the order page. Therefore, when processing an order with Client Label, the Prep Center does not receive a shipping label from the carrier.

To add a shipping label to an order, specify the Client Label parameter in the Delivery line on the order page. Then click Files. The order may only be sent to the Prep center once the shipping label has been loaded!

Download the label into the system. Specify the properties for the uploaded file in Description.
