Client Label

If you wish to upload your own shipping labels to ensure propper handling of your order by the Prep Center and avoid automatic generation of labels by the carrier, please follow the instructions below:

Go to the product page. The order should not be in processing status To upload shipping labels to the order, click on Documents.

In the Add new file section, upload your shipping label in pdf format. In the File type dropdown menu, select Shipping Label as the type of the attached document. In the Description field, provide a descriprion for the uploaded file. Click on Upload to upload the file.

Please ensure that the file you upload contatins the correct shipping label for your order. Following these instructions will allow the Prep Center to process your order using the provided labels, instead of using labels from the carrier.
