Bestellinformationen werden vom Kunden gemäß diesen Bedingungen an das Prep Center übermittelt:

1. Eine Bestellung muss bezahlt sein. Details zur Zahlung sind im Feld Payment Date einzusehen.

2. Die Warenmenge sollte gleich oder kleiner als die verfügbare Produktmenge im Lager sein.

3. Order rules sollten auf dem Kundenkonto in Ysell eingerichtet werden.

Um den Prozess des Versands von Bestellungen aus dem Prep Center zu vereinfachen, schlagen wir vor, diesen Ablauf zu befolgen:

1. Transportetiketten drucken.
Gehen Sie zum Menü und wählen Sie Orders - Labels auf der Prep Center-Seite aus. Geben Sie das Unternehmen, das Lager und das Druckdatum des Etiketts ein. Starten Sie den Druck, indem Sie auf Print klicken.

2. Ware aus dem Lager holen.
Wir empfehlen die Verwendung eines mobilen Scanners zum Zusammensuchen von Produkten. Gehen Sie in das Menü und wählen Sie Orders-PickForPack. Durch Klicken auf das Zahnradsymbol gelangen Sie zu den Scannereinstellungen. Sie können das Scannen nach Lagerort (Storage place) oder nach Herstellernummer (Manufacturer number) auswählen.

Beginnen Sie mit dem Scannen der Bestellnummer. Scannen Sie dann je nach Ihren Einstellungen den Lagerort oder die Herstellernummer des Produkts. Das System benachrichtigt Sie, dass die Bestellung komplett ist und der Bestellstatus ändert sich automatisch auf 6.4.

3. Verpacken und versenden.
Gehen Sie zum Menü und wählen Sie Orders-Shipment, fahren Sie mit dem Scannen der Bestellnummer fort. Scannen Sie eine Boxnummer und geben Sie die Anzahl der Boxen ein. Scannen Sie abschließend die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer vom Etikett.

4. Der Status ändert sich zu 7.1. Die verwendete Trackingnummer befindet sich in den Blöcken Order Content und Services.

Ysell.pro provides an opportunity of integration with carrier services. Use the opportunity of automatisation getting transportation labels to orders. You just need to specify needed settings to connect with the Delivery service through the Ysell.pro functionality.

Inform the system of the transportation labels pricing. To do so go to the Settings - Delivery Tariff.

Tariff plans information you declare to the client for sending order is displayed on the Delivery Tariffs page. By clicking + Delivery Tariff go to creating a new tariff plan.

Go to editing „Countries“ block. Indicate basic cost of sending which is Send price and pricing for each kg of the parcel which is Every k price for each country. For convinient of filling fields you can import CSV file with previosly indicated transportation prices.

Save changing clicking the Save button.

Let's move on to delivery service settings. They are necessary to be indicated in company client settings.

Go to the Delivery tab on the client page. Deliveries settings block is used for indicating which delivery service is used by default. Click + Delivery add to the client a delivery service.

Select a country and delivery service from the drop-down list.

Indicate the information for connection with selected delivery service in the Delivery access block.

Fill the information in the Address block about the Prep Center address. Tick Is active checkboxes and save entered changing.

To do FBM shippings with using transportation labels provided by the Amazon you should specify settings that will be used by Ysell to receive them from the Amazon.

Go to the Deliveries tab in the company settings of the client. Select the country that is planned to have shipment. Select Amazon in the Delivery field.

Indicate the address where the dispatch is carried out. Save entered changes.
