Selling goods from the warehouse is a complex process with many simultaneous operations; how does the product get to the customer, how does the payment get to the seller. Marketplaces are a great tool for working with customer orders, presenting products, taking orders and receiving payment for them.

The order information is submitted by the customer to the prep center, according to these conditions:

1. An order must be paid for. Details about the payment are indicated in the field Payment Date.

2. The quantity of goods should be equal to or less than the available product quantity in the warehouse.

3. Order rules should be set up on the client account in Ysell.

To simplify the process of shipping orders from the prep center, we suggest following this flow:

1. Printing transportation labels.
Go to the menu and select Orders - Labels from the prep center page. Enter the company, warehouse, and date of printing the label. Start printing by clicking the Print button.

2. Collecting goods from the warehouse.
We recommend using a mobile scanner for collecting products. Go to the menu and select Orders-PickForPack. By clicking the Gear icon, you will go to the scanner settings. You can select scanning by Storage place or by Manufacturer number.

Start to scan the order number. Then, scan the Storage place or the product's Manufacturer number depending on your settings. The system will notify you that the order is complete and the order status will automatically change to 6.4.

3. Packing and sending.
Go to the menu and select Orders-Shipping, proceed to scan the order number. Scan a box number and enter the number of boxes. Finally, scan the tracking number from the label.

4. The status will change to 7.1. The tracking number, which was used, will be in the Order Content and Services blocks.

Ysell.pro provides the opportunity to integrate carrier services. This allows for the automatic creation of transportation labels for effected orders. You just have to adjust some settings before, to connect the delivery service to your Ysell.pro account.

Enter the transportation labels pricing. To do this, go to Settings - Delivery Tariff.

The Tariff plans will be displayed on the page Delivery Tariffs. By clicking + Delivery Tariff you can create a new one.

Go to the “Countries” block. Specify the basic shipping costs (Send price) and the price per kg of the package (Every kg price). For convenience, you can import a CSV file with previously entered prices.

Save your changes by clicking Save.

Moving on to delivery service settings. These must be specified in the client settings.

Go to the Delivery tab on the client page. The block Deliveries settings is used for indicating which delivery service is used by default. Click + Delivery to add a delivery service.

Select a country and delivery service from the drop-down list.

Indicate the details for connecting with the selected delivery service in the Delivery access block.

Tariff percent override - Enter the bonus as a percentage. Max weight - Enter the maximum weight of the parcel. Choose the previously created tariff plan.

Fill in the address of the prep center. Tick the Is active checkbox and save the changes.

For sending FBM with Amazon FBA labels, you need to specify your settings in Ysell.

Go to Deliveries. Select the country, which you want to send to. Select Amazon in the Delivery field.

Enter the recipient's address and save your changes.
