Generating invoices for storing goods

With Ysell.pro, the Prep Center manager exactly knows the quantity of goods brought to the storage location. Based on this information, the prep center can bill clients for the time goods are stored in the warehouse.

First, enter the price of storing one cubic meter/inch per month. To do so, go to Services. Sort Default Services by decription Storage. Click the pencil icon. Enter the cost for storing a cubic meter/inch per 30 calendar days in the Price block.

Ysell.pro automatically generates a report on the amount of storage space used by the customer. To generate monthly reports for each client, go to the menu Settings - Ysell settings. Toggle the parameter PREP_SHIPMENT_STORAGE_AUTOCREATE to YES, you find this in the block Prep Center.

You can generate the used storage volume report manually. Go to Shipments and click on Create shipment. Choose the Storage type shipment on the client. Indicate the Month you need, to generate the report.

A CSV-file will be generated, indicating the volume and storage costs per each day of the month.
