Ysell Documentation for Sellers

Welcome to the Ysell seller documentation. Everything you need is here — account setup, product management, order processing, shipping to a warehouse or Amazon FBA, and connecting your sales channels.

About Ysell.

Start with Account setup — a step-by-step walkthrough you can complete in about an hour.

Product card vs. listing — what's the difference?

A product card is the physical item: name, manufacturer code, dimensions, condition. Stock lives on the card. One product, one card.

A listing is the product page on a sales platform — Amazon, Shopify, Kaufland, and so on. One product can have many listings across different countries and channels. You can create, edit, and remove them freely.

Listings are linked to the product card. Stock updates on the card and flows automatically to all listings — you can never oversell.

Orders, shipments, and returns all adjust the card's stock level. Every linked listing reflects the change immediately.

Before your first shipment — confirm the delivery address: Find your prep center address.

Shipment vs. order — what's the difference?

An order is a sale — FBM, D2C, etc. You pick the item and send it to a buyer's address.

A shipment moves inventory in bulk, not to a buyer: sending a batch to a prep center, forwarding to Amazon FBA, a customer collecting their goods (Pick up), or receiving returned stock (Removal).

FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)

FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant)
