Exchange of information with Prep Center

1. Info was created solely for the exchange of information with Prep Center. The lot Info is created directly and without the participation of managers.

2. Next choose who creates the lot, choose the type Info and which Prep Center you would like to contact.

3. In the created lot, select a product you have a question about, or select an action on the product. For example, you need a product photo.

4. Write about the product separately in the field Memo or Notes what you would like to do so that the warehouse managing system knows what is to be done. The warehouse may require a different price depending on the type of action and the expenditure of time.

5. After you have finished to enter the information, send the request to Prep Center.

6. As soon as your order has been processed, you will be notified by Email or Telegram. How to enable notifications is written here: Email notification Telegram notification.
