Exchange of information with Prep Center

1. Info was created solely for the exchange of information with the Prep Center. The lot Info is created directly and without the participation of managers.

2. Next choose who creates the lot, its type Info and which Prep Center you would like to contact.

3. In the created a lot, select a product you have a question about or an action on this product. For example, you need a product photo.

4. Write about the product separately in the field Memo or Notes what you want to do so that the warehouse managing system knows what to be done. The warehouse may require a different price depending on the type of action and the expenditure of time.

5. After you have finished to enter the information, send the request to the Prep Center.

6. As soon as your order has been processed, you will be notified by Email or Telegram. How to enable notifications is written here: Email notification Telegram notification.
