Setting up polling notifications

For efficient work and on time informing clients on problems with searching addresses for sending orders there are notifications by email in the system.

1. Go to menu Settings - Mail templates. By clicking Create a mail template create a template message that should notificate clients.
2. Enter fields of the template.
Name - Template name

Category - Select Mail for email notifications sending

Mail address - Which adress should be sent a template to (Preferably do not enter)

Mail Subject - Enter “Order {order_num} issue”

Mail Body - The text of the message that will be delivered to client (you can use one from the screenshot)

Attachment File - Add a file that will be sent with the message

Attach invoice from order(if exists) - (Do not select) Active function will be attaching invoice generated from the order

Attach return label - (Do not select) Active function will be attaching return label generated from the order
3. The template will get a number after saving it.
4. Go to client settings of Ysell.pro. In the Prep Center block, in the string PREP_ORDER_POLLING_NOTIFY_TEMPLATE, indicate the number of the created template
