>1.In order to display the agreements with customers regarding their returns, the general settings include fields **Return notes** and **Removal notes**. You can find the notes in the tab **Returns** in the menu **Settings** - **Companies**:

>2. The information on returns indicated in the general settings will be displayed when they are processed by the Prep Center, depending on the return type. 
>**Removal notes** are displayed when processing FBA removals:
