In this guide, you will find detailed steps for adding a new product to your warehouse management system. The product card encompasses key attributes, including a description, weight and size specifications, information about the product's listings on trade platforms, and other data, ensuring efficient inventory control and warehouse operations optimization.
1. To create a new product, navigate to the Products menu and select Create product.
2. Choose the mode for creating a new product card: Simple product create form for a simplified creation process and Advanced product create form for advanced options.
3. For creating a product through the Simple product create form, specify the Title and optionally, the Manufacturer num.
4. Let's explore product creation through the advanced mode.
Supplier: Enter the supplier's name, Supplier Num, Supplier Url, and the price stated by the supplier.
Product: Specify the manufacturer, create one if needed, and input details like Model, Product ID, and Title.
Product Dimensions: Input product dimensions in specific units (centimeters, meters, etc.).
Units: Indicate the number of units per package, the numerical unit (measure_unit), and its quantity (measure_count).
Other: Define the product's Condition (e.g., new, used like new).
5. Ysell.pro assigns a unique identifier to each product. For additional identification, upload an image by clicking the “+” icon in the Image section.
