Order Services
Costs for services of the Prep Center are shown on the order. Client has a detail report of processing order costs of each order.
On the Order services section you can find accurate price of executed services by the Prep Center. Services are added automatically after order processing, or they can be added manually.
Services with Action type are added automatically on the Order Services section:
Sending to client (Processing fee) - price for order processing
Order carrier cost - price of the transportation label
Reduce order latest ship date - a service of one day shipping
Sending to client (Qty fee) - cost for processing one unit
To add services click add on Order Services section. Select a service, indicate quantity on the qty field. Cost of the service will be added automatically.
Services are updated when status is changed to Shipped: (7.1) from the Prep Center. Added information on services are updated once in an hour.
Adding additional services to products
You can specify additional services for any product ID that will be applied to Order Services of shippings or orders that contains the ID. To do so go to Additional Services section on a product page.
Clicking Add indicate a name and price of the service. Indicated service will be added automatically to Order Services section of orders.
