Before you start working with orders - sending goods from the prep center to customers, you need to set up Order handlers. Without this procedure, you can not send orders from a prep center to customers.

Settings - Orders - Order handlers

In this section, you create rules for delivering orders to clients. For example, you can forbid sending definite SKU, to definite countries, create priorities.

Prioritize deliveries. A higher number means a higher priority for delivery.

White list - if you set up countries here it means that this warehouse will be receiving all orders for these countries.

Blacklist - forbidden countries.

In the example below, we send all our orders from FBA.
