With the features Ysell.pro provides, you can specify return processing instructions for both specific items and all items in general in the warehouse.
How to add return acceptance instructions for all products
1. Open the Settings section in the menu.
2. In the appearing list, click on the Companies row and select the company for which you would like to set return processing instructions at the Prep centers.
3. Click on the Returns tab in the company settings and enter the necessary instructions for processing your returns in the Return notes and Removal notes blocks.

4. Save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
How to add return acceptance instructions for a specific product
1. Go to your profile in YSell Pro and select the Products tab.
2. Enter the concerned product in the search box and click on it.
3. Select the Content tab in the product card.
4. Enter your demands and return instructions in the Guidance for returns column, if there are any specifications for this process. Click save.
5. The processing instructions are visible below the product, marked in the red box.
