Processing of FBA shipment (FBA shipping plan via Ysell)

Client declarates information on needed services and quantity of goods that need to be prepared and sended to Amazon fulfillment centers himself. The Prep Center works with created by the Client shipment and reports on each completed service.

“Send to FBA from prep” shipment type informs the Prep Center that a product will be taken off from the stock to be packed and sent. To start working with the shipment change the status to “Processing” by clicking the icon of status. Click Next to move on to the next step.

There is information on shipping plan in the FBA plan tab: products that client indicated for shipping to Amazon, quantity of each product, delivery method and carrier's information, who does the labelling (seller or Amazon). Package with products dimensions and type of packing. Click Next to move to entering information on packing products in cartons.

Select which FBA plan needs to be processed. In the string Priority warehouse select a warehouse that will be priritized for product removing. In the string Fba shipment type select what type of shipping is being created - Small parcel (SP), Less than truckload (LTL). Clicking RUN start the process of removing products from stocking places.

Let's look at administration panel in more detail.

Transport - Go to shipping page

Amazon - Go to shipping page on Amazon Seller Central

Rollback - Return removed products to stocking places

Rollback FBA added items - Return products from boxes for shipping

Owerwrite stickers - Generate FNSKU labels again

Qick master box - Indicate information on Masterboxes for shipping

Labels - Is used for getting FNSKU labels and Pack list

Scan FNSKU-code of product in the field Adding to cartons.

Enter the information on used cartons for packing goods

Qty - Quantity of products in carton

Storage place - Scan label from stocking place

Carton number - Number of carton with goods

Carton weight - Weight of the carton

Carton barcode - Scan the information from carton barcode

Carton type - Either indicate used carton manually

Information on shipping will reflect in the “Shipped” tab.

Transport

The information on planned shipping is in the “Transport FBA-shipments” tab - Shipment details, Amazon fuldillment center and boxes dimenions prepared to shipping. Check the information on boxes dimensions and go to the next step by clicking Next.
