Deposit

1. To find out your current balance and to replenish the deposit, you need to go to settings and choose “companies”. Click on the Prep tab and you will be shown the balance of every connected prep center.

2. There are two ways to replenish your deposit: first of all is the credit card replenishment. By clicking on + a windows opens, in which you enter your email address and the amount of the deposit. Click on Save to go the the payment page.

3. Secondly, you can choose direct bank transfer (using the bank details of the prep center, Paypal or Payoneer). Upon completion of the transfer provide the prep center with a payment confirmation (screenshot of the payment).
