The track number is the code for tracking the package. It is assigned to each parcel in order to track its path. Ysell customers are provided with a track number for each box sent to the Amazon warehouse.

Go to the page Prep Client - Shipments. Click on Search in order to search for FBA shipments. Open the shipping details.

Open the tab FBA plan. Click on Transport in order to proceed to the FBA shipping details.

The field Cartons contains information about the number of shipped boxes with goods, the weight, dimensions as well as the track number. By clicking on the hyperlink with the track number, track the current status of the parcel on the website of the courier delivery service.
