Important! To allow a prep center to work with your removals, you should enable this option in the menu **Settings - Companies - Prep**
The consignment must also indicate the recipient, e.g. **Fulfillment-box (name of your company)**.

>**1.** Removals from Amazon are automatically transferred to Ysell. You can set the period of removals downloading in **Settings - Companies - Platforms**.

>**2.** Receiving a removal, the prep center scans the attached tracking number. With this number, Ysell is able to find the correct removal, which is the reason why it's important that every removal comes with a tracking number. The prep center will always process those removals according to your agreement.
