====== Exchange of information with Prep Center ======

> **1**. **Info** was solely created for the exchange of information with ´the prep center. The shipment **Info** is created directly and without the participation of managers.

> **2**. Choose the type **Info** and the prep center, you would like to contact.

> **3**. Select a product, you have a question about, or an action. For example, the need of a product photo.

> **4**. Write what has to be done with the product, in the field **Memo** or **Notes**. This way, the warehouse managing system knows, what is to be done. The warehouse may require a different price depending on the type of action and the expenditure of time.

> **5**. After you entered the information, send your request to the prep center.
