You can find the notes in the tab **Returns** in the menu **Settings** - **Companies**: >>{{:ru:notes.png?direct&600|}} >2. The information on returns indicated in the general settings will be displayed when they are processed by the Prep Center, depending on the return type. >**Removal notes** are displayed when processing FBA removals: >>{{:ru:notes2.png?direct&600|}} >3. **Return notes** are displayed when processing FBM returns: >>{{:ru:return_notes.png?direct&600|}} >4. Additionally, the customer can leave instructions in the product card about what needs to be done with a particular product.
