====== What to do if the client wants to cancel an order? ====== >**1.** It's possible to cancel the shipment of the order after the Prep Center started processing it but only before it has the **7.1.Order Shipped** [[https://wiki.ysell.pro/doku.php?id=en:orderdescription|status]].
