The cost of Prep Center services is shown on the order. The customer has a detailed report on the cost of order processing for each order.
In the Order services section you can find the exact price of the services performed by the Prep Center. The services are added automatically after the order processing, or they can be added manually.
Services with the Action type are automatically added to the Order services section:
Sending to client (Processing fee) - price for order processing
Costs for the carrier - Transport label price
Reduce the order's latest delivery date - a service with one-day shipping
Shipping to the customer (Qty fee) - Cost of processing a unit
To add services, click Add in the Order services section. Select a service, specify the quantity in the qty field. The cost of the service will be added automatically.
Services are updated when the status in the Prep Center is changed to Shipped: (7.1). Added information about services is updated once in an hour.
Adding additional services to products
You can specify additional services for any product ID that will be applied to Order Services of shipments or orders that contains the ID. To do so go to Additional Services section on a product page.
Click Add and specify the name and price of the service. The specified service will be automatically added to the “Order services” section of the orders.
