Override price

Override price - is a feature in the system that manages service costs and allows managers at the Prep Center to manually change an automatically set service price to give a client a special price..

Go to the Companies and then click Settings.

Click on the pencil icon and then select the company for which you want to change service prices. Next go to the Prep tab.

The prices for services performed for the client are displayed in the Prep Prices section. Now let's start changing the prices.

Filter the services according to their parameters.

Service - name of the service.

Shipment types - shipping type to which a service is assigned.

Type - service type. There are default and extra services.

Visible - this parameter is responsible for the service being displayed at a specific Prep Center.

Base price - base price for a particular service.

Override price - override price for a service.

You can also download the Prep Center service rates for a specific client. To do this, click on the PDF symbol.
