====== Instructions for working with returns ======

>With the features Ysell.pro provides, you can specify return processing instructions for both specific items and all items in general in the warehouse.

===== How to add return acceptance instructions for all products =====

>1. Open the **Settings** section in the menu.

>2. In the appearing list, click on the  **Companies** row and select the company for which you would like to set return processing instructions at the Prep centers.

>3. Click on the **Returns** tab in the company settings and enter the necessary instructions for processing your returns in the **Return notes** and **Removal notes** blocks.
>**Return notes** - instructions for processing returns from orders.
>**Removal notes** - instructions for processing returns from Amazon (Removal shipment).

>4. Save the changes by clicking on the **Save** button.

>1.	Go to your profile in YSell Pro and select the **Products** tab.

>2.	Enter the concerned product in the search box and click on it.

>3.	Select the **Content** tab in the product card.

>4.	Enter your demands and return instructions in the **Guidance for returns** column, if there are any specifications for this process. Click **save**.
