Expiration dates

Many products have a certain shelf life (e.g. food, medicines, chemicals, etc.) which must be taken into regard when storing and selling them. Ysell.pro provides such an opportunity. Working with expiration dates is possible on Report and API subscription plans.

Go to the expiration date product. Under Other, set Is expiration date product to Yes.

When you add an expiration date item to a shipment with the Send to Warehouse type, you will be able to specify an expiration date for the shipment. The Allow prep to indicate an expiration date option allows the Prep Center to enter an expiration date for the item in that shipment. It is necessary in case the Pre-purchase customer does not know the exact expiration date of the item.

The expiration date taken on delivery is displayed on the Warehouse tab on the product card in the Expiration date column.
