Die Anbindung von Shopify-Plattform verknüpft Ihr aktuelles Shopify-Konto mit Ysell.pro. Dadurch können Sie Ihre Bestellungen und Produkte von der Ysell-Plattform aus verwalten. Um die Verbindung zu erstellen, werden Sie Ihre Shopify-Kontoinformationen benötigen.

Gehen Sie zum Menü Settings und klicken Sie auf Companies. Öffnen Sie die Registerkarte Platforms und drücken Sie den Button +Platform, um die Verbindung zur Plattform herzustellen.

Wählen Sie Shopify aus der Dropdownliste aus. Schließen Sie die Verbindung ab, indem Sie auf Add klicken.

Tragen Sie die Informationen über die Shopify-API-Verbindung ein. Geben Sie im Feld Shopify Shop Url die URL Ihres Shopify-Shops ein.

Öffnen Sie Apps im linken Bereich Ihres Shopify-Kontos. Klicken Sie auf Develop apps.

Wenn Sie noch keine Drittanbieter-Apps an Ihr Shopify-Konto angebunden haben, öffnen Sie Settings und klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Apps and Saleschannels. Drücken Sie die Schaltfläche Allow custom app Development, um Berechtigungen zum Verbinden von Drittanbieter-Apps mit Ihrem Shopify-Konto zu konfigurieren.

Klicken Sie auf Create an app. Geben Sie den Applikationsnamen (ysell) ein und wählen Sie den App-Developer aus den verfügbaren Optionen aus. Drücken Sie dann den Create App-Button.

On the page of the Ysell application you have created, select the Configure Admin API scopes option. In the API Admin access window select „Read and write“ permissions for Assigned fulfillment orders, Inventory, Locations, Merchant-managed fulfillment orders, Orders, Product listings, Products, Reports, Sales channels, Shop locales. Then press Save.

Go to the API credentials tab. Click Install App in the Access tokens block. Release your API Admin access token. To protect your data, you will only be able to open your Admin API access token once. Copy and save your API Admin access token in a safe place.

Enter the data for the API connection in the Ysell platform access form. On the Shopify Api Key line, enter the API key from Shopify. On the Shopify Api Pass line, enter the API access token. Set the checkbox to Is Active and save the connection by clicking on Save.

With the functionality of Ysell.pro, you can automatically update prices and product stocks. It is also possible to specify a Prep Center warehouse to transmit stock information.

To provide information on stock levels in Shopify from Ysell, check the Send product warehouse qty - send the actual amount of product in stock and Send product warehouse qty (virtual) - send the virtual (specified on the listing) amount in the Send warehouse to platform field. To set up the price transfer, activate the Send product price checkbox

In order to link a Shopify Location to a Shopify Center, specify in the Connect Warehouse to Shopify Inventory Location block for the selected Shopify Center.

Clicking Import Products to Ysell will upload Shopify listings to Ysell.pro. The uploaded listings will be displayed under Listings page.
