>Freezing an order in Ysell.pro is an important tool for controlling order processing in the warehouse. This feature allows you to temporarily halt the processing of a specific order, preventing its fulfillment by the warehouse. Frozen orders can be useful when additional checks, adjustments, or delayed order processing are needed

====== How can I pause the order processing by the Prep Center?  ======

>To temporarily pause (freeze) the order processing, go to its page and click the **Freeze Order** button. Then confirm the freezing of the order by clicking **Yes**.

>Please note that the order status will change to **Frozen**. Orders in this status will not be forwarded for processing to the Prep Center
